Age: 12 years Training: basic obedience Adopted by Leonie in NSW. Manny was named because of his resemblance to the woolly mammoth from the movie, Ice Age! Since he arrived here he has had several intensive grooming sessions and he is now quite the looker! Watch out ladies!
He is a very sweet dog. He absolutely loves his cuddles and often comes up for pats while I'm sitting on the couch. He is a confident dog who befriends strangers quickly. Everyone who has come over to meet Manny has been greeted with a big grin while he lines up for some attention! He gets along very well with the other dogs, though prefers to just 'hang out' rather than have a wrestle. He will chase Revan and Ahsoka around as they play fetch and often follows Jedi around the house. Manny has some basic obedience and good food manners. He walks well on lead and is now learning some tricks and more advanced obedience. Manny absolutely loved having a bath and stood perfectly still while I blow dried him with the dog blower. Manny left for his new home in November 2011. |
